This class provides the design-time representation of a System.Web.UI.WebControls.AdRotator control, using an overridden GetDesignTimeHtml( ) method. This control ignores the System.Web.UI.WebControls.AdRotator.AdvertisementFile property at design time and just displays the control's name and a blank picture icon in the corner.
