Run $ export OPENBLAS_CORETYPE=ARMV8 
in your terminal. It will remain active as long as that terminal remains open.

Add "export OPENBLAS_CORETYPE=ARMV8" to your ~/.bashrc. 
It will set that environment variable on every new terminal that is opened.
