if u see this error it mean you forgot turn on Privileged Gateway Intents 

first you follow this link https://discord.com/developers/applications
in My Applications choose your bot 
Scroll down and you will see Privileged Gateway Intents
turn on PRESENCE INTENT and SERVER MEMBERS INTENT
