composer remove vendor/package

Delete the file composer.phar.
Delete the Cache Folder:
Linux: /home/<user>/.composer
Windows: C:Users<username>AppDataRoamingComposer

On windows:

rmdir /s /q ComposerSetup
rmdir /s /q C:Users<username>AppDataRoamingComposer
