error when i install sass

npm install --saveDev node-sass@4.5.3 

npm install sass-loader error

possible causes of the error
	- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
    - The version specified is correct  (eg: "sass-loader": "4.5.5" it may not exist)
    - Make sure npm is up to date
    - Make sure you have not used any other package manager before such as pnpm, yarn
    - Make sure the package still exists (worst case)
