tskill typeyourPIDhere 

Note: taskkill is not working in some git bash terminal

netstat -ano | findstr :<PORT>

(Replace <PORT> with the port number you want, but keep the colon)

Step 2:

Next, run the following command:

taskkill /PID <PID> /F
