This class is a System.Drawing.Design.UITypeEditor that provides a graphical interface for adding System.Web.UI.WebControls.TableCell objects to a System.Web.UI.WebControls.TableRow at design time. The same window also allows you to configure System.Web.UI.WebControls.TableCell properties. This designer is accessed through the TableRowsCollectionEditor.
