This abstract class provides an interface to objects that
NSLayoutManager uses to layout lines in a text
container. The Application Kit implements a single concrete subclass
of NSTypesetter in
NSSimpleHorizontalTypesetter. For more information
about Cocoa's text layout system, see Chapter 5.
