The chapters are organized alphabetically by namespace name. Information on all types and their members is shown using C# syntax.

In addition, the initial chapter of Part II explains how to use the documentation, while the second chapter shows Visual Basic programmers how to convert the C# syntax used in this book to Visual Basic syntax.
