STEP 1: Delete the python folder in 'C:/Users/your name/appdata/local/programs/python'
STEP 2: Now go to control panel, select the python version which you want to uninstall.
STEP 3: Right click on that and select change, then select repair.
STEP 4: After the repairing is done then simply uninstall the according python.
