vue does v-html inject html

return 'Hello <em>World</em>! My name is <my-name :name="$parent.name">
</my-name>!';

Usage will be:
<p v-markup="markup"></p>

When rendered, the above will be identical to doing this:
<p>
    Hello <em>World</em>! My name is <my-name :name="name"></my-name>!
</p>
