Step 1 : copy php.exe file locaton (Exp. C:xamppphp)
Step 2 : Right click on This Pc -> Click on Properties
Step 3 : Click on Advance System setting -> Environment Veriabl
Step 4 : Doubble clik on path -> New 
Step 5 : Paste php.exe path -> ok -> ok Done...
