Prerequisities:
sudo apt-get install libreadline-gplv2-dev libncursesw5-dev libssl-dev libsqlite3-dev tk-dev libgdbm-dev libc6-dev libbz2-dev

Download Python3.6:
cd /usr/src
sudo wget https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.6.10/Python-3.6.10.tgz

Extract Package:
sudo tar xzf Python-3.6.10.tgz 

Compile Python Source:
cd Python-3.6.10
sudo ./configure --enable-optimizations
sudo make altinstall

Check Python Version:
python3.6 -V
