	ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Scheme ความหมาย คือ โครงการความร่วมมือด้านอุตสาหกรรมอาเซียน เป็นมาตรการเพื่อส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนวัตถุดิบการผลิตในรูปสินค้าสำเร็จ รูป/กึ่งสำเร็จรูป เพื่อใช้ในการผลิตทางอุตสาหกรรมระหว่างบริษัทที่ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศอาเซียน อันจะเป็นการสนับสนุนการแบ่งกันผลิตและเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแข่งขันของภาค อุตสาหกรรมในอาเซียน โดยจะต้องเป็นความร่วมมือตั้งแต่สองประเทศขึ้นไป และมีคนชาติประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนมีหุ้นส่วนอยู่ในแต่ละบริษัทอย่างน้อยร้อยละ 30 สินค้าที่ได้รับอนุมัติให้อยู่ในโครงการจะได้สิทธิพิเศษทางภาษีศุลกากรใน อัตราร้อยละ 0-5 ในทันที โดยไม่ต้องรอให้เขตการค้าเสรีอาเซียนมีผลบังคับใช้
